Cryognic Valves are used when Natural Gas has to be separated into fractions or treated to protect equipment from contaminants (acids). Sweetening and acid removal at -51° to -196°C (-59,8° to -320,8°F), are the final stage to do that, starting from liquefaction to sub-cooling stages, with pure or mixed refrigerants (methane, nitrogen) as cooling elements.  

- All extensions are equipped with an anti-condensation collar. 

- All bodies have a drain port to relieve pressure from expanding liquid to the extent caused during maintenance. 

- The butt-welded top inlet has the option of replacing valve seats via the removable top cover. There is no need to cut the line and weld again.

These valves are a direct replacement where single gate or globe valves are installed. 

- Category B valves with API 609 face-to-face dimensions. Special face-to-face can be supplied. 

- Considered as an alternative to ball or gate valves. 

- Compared to other DBB valves, the space and weight savings are significant. 

- This design provides two separately operated discs offering true double lock and large drain cavity drain.

The Subsea ball valves we supply have been designed to meet the most critical and hostile conditions. These include subsea environments and underwater installations under extreme pressures, where high levels and concentrations of H2S, CO2 or solid particles are present.  

These valves are engineered to meet API 6DSS & API 17D Standards for Subsea installations down to 3000m (10000ft) water depth; they can be manufactured in different constructions, with bolted body Side entry or Top entry and Fully welded body, to suit the most demanding Customer Specifications. Our Subsea ball valves can be supplied complete with subsea gearbox or actuator and customized ROV couplings (horizontal or vertical). In-house hyperbaric testing can be performed upon request.
